David Brooks, op-ed journalist of the New York Times, is always a good read. Though I do not always agree with him he universally pushes my thinking and questioning. In the article, The Creative Climate he presents layers of thought on the creativity that occurs from a discordance within an individual and also perhaps between a pair or a team.
